This Privacy Policy describes how Human Factors Labs and its affiliated entities ("we," "us") collect, use, and protect information when you use this Platform and associated services.
1. What We Collect
Information you provide: Account details, subscription and billing information, communications, and API application information.
Automatically collected: Device and browser information, usage patterns, session data, and aggregate platform usage signals. Aggregate platform usage data is retained for platform improvement and is not subject to opt-out.
Cookies: Used for session management, preferences, security, and analytics. Not used for third-party advertising.
2. How We Use It
To operate and deliver the Platform, improve our products, prevent fraud, fulfill legal obligations, and communicate with you. We do not sell personal data or use individual data to train unrelated AI models.
3. Enterprise Data
Enterprise subscribers' private intelligence outputs are segregated from our shared environment and are not used to improve shared products. Aggregate platform usage data is retained separately per Section 1. Details are in your enterprise agreement.
In the event of service cessation, enterprise data remains accessible per the terms of your enterprise agreement.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share only with infrastructure and service providers under contractual data protection obligations, payment processors, identity verification providers for KYC/AML, and as required by law.
5. Retention
Account data: subscription term plus 3 years. Aggregate usage data: up to 5 years anonymized. Financial records: 7 years.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
7. Your Rights
All users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. EU/UK users have additional GDPR rights. California users have CCPA rights. Contact: privacy@humanfactors.global
8. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States. Appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses apply for EU/UK transfers.
9. Children
Platform not directed to anyone under 18.
10. Changes
Material changes posted with new effective date. Enterprise subscribers notified directly.
