Trademarks and Service Marks

Human Factors Labs and its affiliated entities hold registered and common-law trademarks and service marks across their group operations. These marks protect the brand identity and commercial activities of the group and each of its operating entities.

All marks — whether registered, pending, or otherwise protected under applicable law — are the exclusive property of the applicable Human Factors Labs entity. Nothing on this Platform grants any right, license, or permission to use any mark of Human Factors Labs or any affiliated entity.

Unauthorized use of any group mark — including in domain names, product names, marketing materials, or digital content — may constitute infringement and may result in civil liability.

Patent Pending

Certain platform technologies are the subject of pending patent applications with the USPTO. This notice constitutes marking under 35 U.S.C. §287. Unauthorized use may constitute infringement upon patent issuance.

Trade Secrets

The following are designated trade secrets protected under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. §1836):

• Index construction and scoring methodology
• Proprietary platform configurations (perpetual — survives any termination)
• Proprietary distribution and delivery methodology
• Aggregate intelligence signals derived from platform usage

Unauthorized acquisition, use, or disclosure may result in civil liability under 18 U.S.C. §1836 and criminal prosecution under 18 U.S.C. §1832.
